Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please double-check your size and order details before purchasing if you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help!

However, we do accept returns on wash bags and laundry bags, as long as they are unused and returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
