Where We Ship

We currently ship across The UK & Europe. If we don't yet ship to your location, we're working on it!

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping UK: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping UK: 1–2 business days
International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on location (usually 7–14 business days)

Please note: During busy periods (like launches, sales, or holidays), processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £40

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at Customerhelp@bloodynicepants.com and we'll do our best to help!
(Once parcels leave our hands, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery — but we’ll always assist where we can.)

Customs & Import Fees:

For international orders, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Address Issues:

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We’re not able to refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address if the error was made at checkout.
